The restaurant offers both A La Carte and buffet menu for both local and international dishes with a strong focus on sourcing the freshest ingredients from local Tanzanian farms. Pastries, breads, and cakes are all freshly prepared in the kitchens daily. Breakfast features a selection of fresh fruits, juices, cereals, and pastries together with an A la Carte menu.
